What if the product needs to be returned?
Return & Exchange Policy Customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return and inspection of the item, less a 20% restock fee.The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Will the item arrive on time? We ship our dog houses 2 weeks after your order is received , all orders are shipped UPS ground service.
What if I want it sooner? That's not a problem, Shipping charges will apply.
Will the product be as described or as appears on screen? Is it the right color or size? We build our dog houses to specifications of the dog breed so each house is individually custom built. If you choose to go with the colors we have shown the answer is yes. Matching colors that you choose is at most times a daunting task,there is a lot of variables that need to be taken into account an emailed color swatch has a different tonality that an actual color swatch,different colors mixed with different paint makers show up differently. We do our best to match the colors of you choosing and that some times mean we have to extend our delivery time to more than 2 weeks.
