You are then asked to enter your personal information and credit card number (No Confidential Information is being collected on this website. This includes: Name on Credit Card, Card Number and Expiry Date. PayPal collects this information on our behalf.)

When ordering online and paying by Visa ~ MasterCard ~ Discover ~ AMEX your order is sent over a secure line, (Netscape users will see a closed padlock on the toolbar when encryption security (SSL) is activated. Microsoft Internet Explorer users will see a closed padlock icon in the lower right hand corner.) All transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card information. Your credit card is charged at time of order processing and shipment may be anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers or in our database. The only information we keep is your Name. Address and email address, this is for delivery purposes and product warranty.

By submitting/sending the order form, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for the amount chosen, including any additional applicable shipping charges.

Sales Tax
We are by law, required to charge 5% (G.S.T sales) tax on orders from Ontario.





OUR GUARANTEE:
All of our doghouses are built per order. We concentrate on building each doghouse individually, to provide the quality and craftsmanship that is our guarantee. We will e-mail you promptly once your order has been received to let you know the estimated delivery time (2-3 weeks). Should circumstance arise that is beyond our control, we will contact you, and do our very best to fill your order in a prompt manner.




Cancelling or Change Your Order
If you would like to cancel or change your order, it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled if the doghouse has NOT been shipped to you.
An order is not considered cancelled until you receive an e-mail or phone call from us confirming your cancellation (if the order ships before this confirmation is received the customer is still responsible for any original shipping and return shipping costs). Once a doghouse has been shipped, the doghouse may be returned if it is unused and in its original resalable condition and original packaging, a restocking fees may apply depending upon circumstances, such as, but not limited to, resalable condition, cost of replacement or repair of any product, damage sustained from return shipping or loss thereof. The Customer is fully responsible for remitting payment of all transit costs including return.






Product Warranty: 5 YEARS
This warranty is enforceable only by the original purchaser of our doghouses purchased from PawHomes.This warranty does not cover damage from mildew, normal wear and tear, neglect, abuse, acts of nature, misuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, improper storage or prolonged exposure to inclement weather without additional protection.
We (PawHomes) warrant all our doghouses to be free from defects in craftsmanship or material under normal use for a period of 5 years, from date of delivery. If any doghouse purchased from us is claimed to be defective within this time. We (PawHomes) will repair or replace the doghouse, if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use. Doghouses that are claimed to be defective must be returned to us and prepaid by the purchaser (e-mail us for instructions). Once we receive the returned item back from you, we will issue a refund for the full amount (including any shipping charges) if we determine that the product was defective due to workmanship or quality. Repaired or replaced doghouse will be re-shipped to the purchaser at our expense within 30 days, from receipt of said damaged doghouse.

Insulation: YES. The wall and roof have a 1" styrofoam insulation sandwiched between 3/4" OSB BOARDS, making the walls 1 3/4" thick. framed with 1" x 1" lumber. The floor has a 2" styrofoam insulation sandwiched between 2- 1/2" OSB BOARDS making it 3" thick, framed with 2" x 2" lumber, all this is encased within a base made of dimensional pressure treated lumber for durability and longevity.

Constructed from OSB BOARD. Oriented Strand Board is an engineered wood strand panel designed to be super strong, hardwearing and defective free. Used in construction to build homes. It has a natural life of around sixty years.





Maintenance: All you have to do is a simple seasonal maintenance and that's applying a weather seal either in the Spring or early Fall or both. It won't hurt and the dog house will look new for years to come.
