Paw Homes was started in 2003, I had just moved to the country in the late summer with my two dogs Nikita a Siberian Husky and TeeSpoon a Collie-wolf X , and wanted outdoor shelters for these city dogs, having built Log homes, during the summers in Vancouver, while going to university. In the mid 80's!. I decided to do something different and built them log cabins instead. They took to the doghouses and seemed quite comfortable in them especially during the cold winter months. It was family and friends that encouraged me to start selling them. The result this website.

7 years later, I'm still building dog houses.

These dog houses are not mass produced but individually build. I take great pride in the detail, quality and craftsmanship. that goes into producing each and every one of them. Building log cabin dog houses is what this website is all about.

The concept with the 09 Designs was to create and build dog houses that was different and very unique, to give our customers other choices. designs that couldn't be found any where else but here at PawHomes.
